Multi-Layered Sound-absorbing Structure Design:-

In order to deliver a rich and smooth typing experience with softer acoustics, Heavy Shell has designed the Kira96 keyboard with an upgraded multi-layered sound-absorbing structure. The keyboard features an EVA pad under the PCB plate which fully surpasses the cavity sounds. The keyboard also has a PORON material sandwich cotton and bottom silicone layer creating a three-layered sound damping structure design.

Dual-Layered RGB Lights:-

Most keyboards in the market have a single-layered RGB backlight, but the new Kira96 keyboard here features a unique two-layered RGB backlight. Similar to other keyboards, the RGB LEDs are present underneath the mechanical switches and there’s a complete RGB ring around the keyboard chassis of the Kira96. Through the transparent keycaps and translucent chassis, the RGB effect of the keyboard is extraordinary!!

Newly-Developed Moon Sea Switches & Hot-Swappable PCB Sockets:-

Heavy Shell has also designed Moon Sea custom mechanical switches in collaboration with zFrontier. These are high-speed, light-force tactile switches with a lifespan of up to 60 million keystrokes. Kira96 can be bought with these new Moon Sea Switches as stock. The keyboard also has hot-swappable PCB sockets that support most 3-pin and 5-pin switches in the market!!
